Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. On upgrade, the difference is prorated. On downgrade, the difference stays as credit for the next month.
What's the difference between Business and Business Pro?
Business (15 RON) covers basic invoicing for sole traders and micro-LLCs: 30 invoices per month, automatic E-Invoice, VAT and currency. Business Pro (45 RON) adds unlimited invoices, unlimited users, expense management, advanced reports and accounting export for when you grow.
When does Full manager make sense?
When you process high volumes of receipts and till slips (OCR), manage multiple companies, or need priority support and a guaranteed SLA. Includes 1-on-1 onboarding and assisted migration.
What happens after the trial?
After 30 days, the account automatically switches to the Bill free plan (5 invoices per month). Your data is kept. Choose a paid plan when you're ready.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If within 14 days of activating a paid plan you're not satisfied, we'll refund the full amount. No questions, no complicated forms.
Is a VAT invoice available?
Yes, we issue a VAT invoice for all subscriptions. You can add your company's VAT number in account settings.
Can I use Billyou as an individual, with my CNP?
Yes. Billyou lets you invoice legally using your Romanian personal ID (CNP) as the fiscal identifier, without opening a PFA or LTD. E-Invoice is sent automatically to ANAF SPV. Useful for tutoring, photo sessions, royalties, rentals and other recurring activities.
Does it work for freelancers (PFA)?
Yes. Billyou works for LTDs, sole traders, freelancers (PFA, II), individuals with CNP and any other legal form registered with ANAF.
